1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Univorix's apartment consultation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1.1 Service Description

Univorix provides apartment consultation and matching services across major Canadian cities including Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Quebec City, Halifax, Hamilton, London, and Victoria. Our services include both free initial consultations and premium consultation services priced at CAD $199.

2. Service Terms

2.1 Consultation Services

Our consultation services are designed to help clients find suitable apartment rentals across Canada. We provide:

• Free initial consultation and basic apartment matching
• Premium consultation service (CAD $199) including personalized guidance, neighborhood analysis, virtual tours, and lease negotiation support
• Market insights and rental recommendations
• Connection with verified landlords and property managers

2.2 Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, Univorix does not guarantee:

• Availability of specific apartments or rental properties
• Approval of rental applications by landlords
• Specific timelines for finding suitable accommodations
• Rental rates or lease terms offered by third-party landlords

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Premium Consultation Fee

Our Premium Consultation service is priced at CAD $199 and includes comprehensive apartment search assistance, personalized guidance, and ongoing support until you secure suitable accommodation. Payment is required before service delivery begins.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways that comply with Canadian financial regulations.

3.3 Billing Practices

All fees are clearly disclosed before service commencement. No hidden fees or surprise charges will be applied. Invoices and receipts are provided electronically for all transactions.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their apartment search criteria, budget, timeline, and contact details. Inaccurate information may affect the quality and relevance of our recommendations.

4.2 Communication

Clients should maintain regular communication with their assigned consultant and respond promptly to inquiries, property viewing opportunities, and documentation requests.

4.3 Independent Decision Making

While we provide professional guidance and recommendations, the final decision to rent any property rests solely with the client. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, property inspections, and lease reviews.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Information Collection

We collect and process personal information necessary to provide our consultation services, including contact details, housing preferences, budget information, and communication records. All data handling complies with Canadian privacy laws and regulations.

5.2 Data Usage

Personal information is used exclusively for providing apartment consultation services and may be shared with verified landlords, property managers, and service partners only with explicit client consent.

5.3 Data Protection

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Limitations

Univorix provides consultation and matching services but is not responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of landlords, property managers, or other third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property information provided by external sources.

6.2 Financial Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6.3 Third-Party Services

We may recommend third-party services such as moving companies, insurance providers, or utility setup services. Univorix is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or performance of these third-party services.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Premium Consultation Refunds

Clients may request a full refund of the Premium Consultation fee if they are unsatisfied with our service within the first 48 hours of engagement, provided no apartment viewings have been arranged or substantial work has been completed.

7.2 Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel consultation services at any time. Partial refunds may be available based on the stage of service completion and work performed. Detailed refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Website Content

All content on the Univorix website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by Univorix and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

8.2 Service Materials

Reports, analyses, and recommendations provided during consultation services are proprietary to Univorix and are licensed for the client's personal use in their apartment search only.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 Canadian Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Canadian alternative dispute resolution procedures.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 Modifications

Univorix reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10.2 Notification

Significant changes to terms and conditions will be communicated to active clients via email notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
